I tested the Create an Account campaign but didn’t receive points. Why is that?

This is a common problem among storeowners looking to test their Create an Account campaign. Swell searches for and identifies email addresses that have a previous association with the store. Those email addresses are not recognized as new customers and therefore are not rewarded the points for creating an account. But rest assured, the Create Account campaign is functioning properly for your new customers!

Additionally, if you'd like to reward your already exiting customers with accounts just send us (support@swellrewards.com) a CSV file containing those customer's email addresses in one column and the "points" you'd like to add in a second column!
