Customer Exclusions or Inclusions
Swell Premium offers you additional customization of your account to meet your business' specific needs. Among the Premium options are the ability to sync newsletter signups with Shopify, exclude certain Product IDs and Collection IDs from earning rewards, and exclude or include specific customers.
Customer tags can be set within Shopify. On the Customers page of Shopify, you have the option to categorize each customer by a tag. For example, if you wish to tag all wholesalers so that they are not allowed to participate in the rewards program, you would create the tag in the bottom right part of the page. You can then set your store settings in Swell so that the tagged customer group is the only group excluded or included. You can exclude or include more than one group at a time if you wish.
