Why isn’t the “Referred Customer Welcome” popup appearing?
This popup may not be appearing for several reasons. The most common being that the popup is disabled. You can enable it from the "Referral Program" section of Swell. From there you can select "Referred Customer Welcomed" from the drop down menu pictured below.
Once you have selected that option, click on the blue "Customize popup" link. You can then click just below "Popup enabled?" to enable the Referred Customer Welcome popup.
Another reason this may not work is if you are testing your site but have already been referred from a different email account. Swell has antifraud measures in place to make sure that people do not refer themselves or sign up for newsletters under false emails to protect your store.
