How Do I Transfer Points from an Old Program?

Transferring points from a previous rewards program is extremely straightforward! There are two simple steps required to ensure the transition to Swell is seamless for your customers:

  1. Download your customers' existing points balances
  2. Send a spreadsheet with each customer's email address and points balance to support@swellrewards.com, and we'll upload it to your Swell account within 24 hours!
